• When Payable: The APC is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Authors or their funding bodies will receive an invoice after acceptance.
• Coverage: The APC fee covers the entire cost of the publication process, ensuring that your article is freely accessible to anyone, globally. This includes editorial processing, peer review, immediate publication upon acceptance, and long-term archiving.

Waiver Policy

We believe financial constraints should not prevent high-quality research from being published and accessed. The Journal offers a limited number of waivers and discounts to authors from low-income countries or those in financial hardship. Authors who wish to apply for a waiver or discount should contact the editorial office upon submission of their manuscript. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
