Research on the Integration Path of Student Affairs Management and Education Work in Colleges and Universities
Abstract
The organic combination of student affairs management and education work in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for the development of college education in the new era, and an effective measure to ensure the quality of talent cultivation, which is conducive to comprehensively improving the effectiveness of education in colleges and universities. However, in actual work, some colleges and universities still have the phenomenon of separation between student affairs management and education work, which affects the realization of educational effectiveness. Based on this, this paper studies the integration path of student affairs management and education work in colleges and universities, analyzes the reasons for the current separation of student affairs management and education work, and proposes specific strategies for achieving the combination of student affairs management and education work in colleges and universities.
