Enhancing digital literacy among university students is essential for building a digitally strong nation, increasing international competitiveness, bridging the digital divide, and promoting educational equity. It is also crucial for improving overall competencies and fostering comprehensive personal development. Currently, there are challenges in enhancing digital literacy among university students, including low awareness of digital security, weak digital innovation capabilities, and insufficient digital application skills. Improving digital literacy requires the collaborative efforts of government, higher education institutions, and individuals to create a supportive environment for its advancement.

Dyslexia is a neurodevelopmental disease, and there is no way to overcome it. The application of auxiliary technology in teaching can reduce the influence of dyslexia on students, such as the wide application of the use of text-to-speech (TTS) technology, which can help students better understand written materials to a certain extent. However, as an auxiliary tool, its application may also bring some negative effects, such as students' distraction. Therefore, the effectiveness of text-to-speech tools application still needs to be further explored. In this study, through the exploration of common tools, theories and development principles of text-to-speech technology, the relevant studies were reviewed to explore whether text-to-speech tools can improve the reading comprehension of students with dyslexia. The results found that text-to-speech technology may help students' reading comprehension, but more research is needed to further explore the extent to which reading comprehension can be achieved.

As an important mythological festival of the Hani ethnic group, the Angmatu Festival carries rich cultural connotations and national spirit. But under the impact of modernization and globalization, its protection and inheritance face severe challenges. Digital technology, especially high-definition image recording, virtual reality reproduction, big data analysis and other means, provides new possibilities for the protection and inheritance of the Angmatu Festival. Through these technologies, the traditional cultural elements of the Angmatu festival can be preserved more comprehensively and meticulously, and presented to a wider audience in a more vivid and vivid way, thereby enhancing public awareness and identification with the Hani culture. This paper explores the deep integration of digital technology and intangible cultural heritage mythological festivals. Based on extensive literature research and field investigations, it aims to deeply analyze the value and current situation of the Angmatu Festival of the Hani ethnic group in Yuanyang County, as well as the interactive relationship between digital technology and intangible cultural heritage (i.e. mythological festivals). In the context of the rapid development of digital technology, this  paper proposes multiple considerations such as technology leadership, innovation mechanisms, and innovation, and provides future prospects for scalable research areas in this field.

Artificial Intelligence has wide-ranging potential in the field of education. This research primarily focuses on the applications of ChatGPT as an example in reading learning and teaching. Its affordances are reflected in providing online answers and interactions for learners, understanding the meanings of words, stimulating cognitive associations with words, analysing word families, exploring word origins, aiding in grammar and syntax analysis, and performing simple sentence translations. Artificial intelligence can assist teachers in adjusting the content of reading materials, creating personalised reading materials, and designing comprehension tests. However, Artificial Intelligence should also be regulated to avoid potential challenges of inaccuracy in specific areas, interpreting culturally loaded information, and increasing students’ learning over-reliance on AI.

Since China's Reform and Opening-up policies in the late 1970s, its economic growth has significantly enhanced its global influence, making it a primary trading partner for many Latin American nations. Transitioning from offering loans to direct investments, China has established a strong presence in South America, particularly in public goods and extractive sectors. This expansion has increased China's political sway in the region, provoking Western responses and concerns about shifting influence. This paper examines China's strategic objectives in Latin America, exploring whether it is altering the region's role vis-à-vis the U.S. and the factors influencing varying responses from Latin American countries. Through a comparative analysis of Brazil and Mexico, the study argues that China's foreign policy has facilitated Latin America's move away from Cold War dynamics, promoting regional integration and multipolarity, while domestic factors and external environments determine the extent of China's influence.

This study investigates gender disparities in employment and entrepreneurship by conducting a preliminary empirical analysis based on panel data from 50 countries spanning from 1990 to 2022. By leveraging descriptive statistics and boxplot visualizations, we examine the differences in employment and entrepreneurship rates between men and women. The findings reveal significant gender disparities in both domains, influenced by various social structures and institutional factors. In the entrepreneurship domain, women exhibit higher variability in entrepreneurship rates compared to men, with median rates slightly higher for women. This suggests that women face both more opportunities and challenges in entrepreneurship. Notably, countries like China and Brazil show significant improvements in female entrepreneurship rates in recent years, indicating positive impacts from supportive policies and economic environments. In the employment domain, the data reveals the presence of extreme values that affect overall distribution readability. After excluding outliers, gender differences in employment rates become clearer. The analysis indicates that while many countries show minimal gender differences in employment rates, others, such as India and South Korea, display significant disparities favoring men. The study underscores the importance of gender-sensitive policies to reduce disparities and enhance equality in employment and entrepreneurship. It also highlights the need for further research to explore the underlying social, economic, and institutional factors contributing to these gender differences.

This study examines the portrayal of China in the German Federal Centre for Political Education magazine APuZ (“Politics and Current Affairs”in German) from 2020 to 2023. The objective is to observe and describe the manner in which the magazine portrays the image of China. A targeted literature analysis reveals the multi-dimensional evolution trend and dynamic distribution of China's image in the magazine. The study revealed that the magazine presents a comprehensive portrayal of China's political, economic and cultural images, incorporating descriptions of China's policies and international positions from a traditional Western perspective. The content of the magazine reveals changes in the image of China from the perspective of German official media, as well as the diversity of Chinese perceptions among academics and intellectuals in the German-speaking world. In summary, China is depicted as a politically traditional emerging communist power, an economically globally connected and rapidly developing country, and a culturally rich and profound country. The study aims to provide new insights into the formation of China's image in Sino-German cross-cultural communication and to contribute to the existing academic literature on the subject.

This paper delves into Confucius' political thought as recorded in the Analects, emphasizing his approach to both macro and micro levels of governance. Confucius' teachings on politics, reflected in his dialogues with rulers and officials, advocate for governance rooted in virtue and propriety. By analyzing Confucius' responses to political inquiries from sovereigns and disciples, the study reveals the dual focus of his political philosophy: the macro perspective of state governance and the micro perspective of administrative practice. The core of Confucius' political thought is "benevolence," which he defines both individually and societally. Individually, it involves treating others with compassion and empathy, while societally, it aspires to the ideal of a harmonious society where everyone fulfills their roles with integrity. Despite historical limitations, Confucius' political thought provides valuable insights into the integration of ethical governance and social harmony.

This article mainly introduces the characteristics of typical courtyard houses in Beijing. It mentioned that the courtyard house is a traditional residential form in Beijing, consisting of four buildings enclosed to form a central courtyard. This house structure dates back to ancient China and has unique cultural and historical value. The article also mentioned the design features of the courtyard, such as the layout of the courtyard, the orientation and distribution of the buildings, and the functions of the rooms. Quadrangle houses typically have separate entrances and privacy, while also providing space for socializing and family activities. Overall, this article provides a detailed description of the structure and design of a typical courtyard house in Beijing.

Objective To explore the design method of museum information interactive products under embodied cognition, so as to improve the problem of users' decreased interest in traditional culture caused by their inability to feel the charm of cultural relics when visiting museums. Methods A new concept "information interactivity" was proposed based on information visualization from the perspective of embodied cognition, and the existing pain points of museum communication mode and user journey map were analyzed on this basis. At the same time, the factor relationship of information interactivity products under embodied cognition was constructed, and the relationship between "environment, body and brain" under multi-sensory interaction environment was analyzed. And the difference between user cognition and experience. Results The design practice was carried out by taking the stork fish stone ax painted pottery jar in Yangshao culture as a case. Through constructing environment and guiding user behavior, users were stimulated to have a deep cognition of information objects in the process of interaction with information, and the feasibility of information interaction under embodied cognition was explored. Conclusion Based on the embodied cognition theory, a product design method for museum information interactivity is proposed. Through reproducing cultural environment, immersive multi-sensory interaction and weaving cultural cognition, users can improve their sense of cultural identity and experience, which provides a new method for the development of museums.
